  • 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Main ingredients
  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs, bone-in

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine sweet chili sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, avocado oil, pepper, salt, and sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even crisp.
  4. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with cilantro or green onions. Pairs well with jasmine rice or stir fry. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, reheating in the air fryer.
