Method
 

Marinating
  1. In a bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create a delicious marinade.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs generously in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Once heated, place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for approximately 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and has a crispy exterior.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) for safety. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
