  • 1 lb Shrimp Fresh or thawed frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined.
  • 1 Lemon Juiced for marinating.
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered garlic Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil Can substitute with olive oil.
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp Paprika For flavor and color.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 Chopped parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with avocado oil, powdered garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything together to ensure the shrimp are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley and an additional squeeze of lemon if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Air fryer shrimp can be served on a bed of greens, with rice or quinoa, or as an appetizer. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
