  • 1 lb Chicken tenders
  • 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dried herbs and spices.
  3. Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toss the chicken until evenly coated with the seasoning mix.
  5. Place the chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Serve hot.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to three months. Broil the tenders for a couple of minutes for extra crispiness.
