Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, tossing halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftover roasted cauliflower in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to maintain crunch. For best results, make sure florets are evenly sized and don't overcrowd the baking sheet.
