Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

For the salmon
  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces Use fresh, high-quality salmon.
  • Optional Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and has a slightly crispy exterior.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately with rice, quinoa, or vegetables.

Notes

These salmon bites are versatile; serve them over rice or quinoa or with fresh vegetables. For storage, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze after cooking. Reheat gently in the air fryer.
