  • 2 medium Zucchini (about 1½ lbs)
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • tsp Onion powder
  • to taste N/A Black pepper
  • to taste N/A Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated Optional for serving; for vegan alternative, substitute with nutritional yeast.
  • N/A N/A Cooking spray For air fryer basket.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchini into fry-shaped pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss the zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the zucchini fries in the basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crisp.
  2. Once done, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Notes

To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a couple of days. Reheat in the air fryer at 400°F for 3-5 minutes for best results. Optional recipes can include sweet potatoes or carrots as alternatives.
