  • 8 oz fresh or frozen ravioli
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Feel free to use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Plus extra for garnish if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • cooking spray or oil for air frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each ravioli in the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray with cooking spray to encourage crisping.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For best results, experiment with your air fryer settings. Make sure ravioli are thoroughly coated for optimal crunch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
