Preparation
  1. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices in the mixture until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer.
  2. Arrange the zucchini chips in a single layer in the basket.
  3. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes, monitoring to ensure they are crispy but not overly browned.

Notes
