Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 2 large chicken breasts Should be seasoned for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves Can substitute with other greens if desired.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Or substitute with another creamy dressing.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas Use larger tortillas for better filling.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Can be swapped for cheddar or other types.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt.
  2. Cook the seasoned chicken in the air fryer at 375°F for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
Assembly
  1. Lay out the tortillas and spread ranch dressing on each one.
  2. Add a layer of fresh spinach, followed by slices of chicken and a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps in the air fryer and cook at 375°F for 5-7 minutes, until the wraps are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the air fryer, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

These wraps pair well with a side salad or dipping sauce like extra ranch or salsa. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
