- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the diced apples until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a spoon, carefully drop spoonfuls of the batter into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Lightly spray the top of the fritters with cooking spray.
- Air fry them for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, remove them and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
