Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise, then scoop out the center to create enough space for the toppings.
- Evenly spread the pizza sauce on each halved zucchini to form a base for your toppings.
- Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Cooking
- Carefully arrange the zucchini boats in the air fryer basket.
- Cook them for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes. For longer storage, freeze before cooking.
