Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and poke a few holes in them with a fork to avoid steaming issues.
  3. Rub the olive oil all over the sweet potatoes for an even coating, then sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Cooking
  1. Carefully place the sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for about 35-40 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving to help the skin set.

Notes
