- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking
- Carefully place the sweet potatoes into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 35-40 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a fork, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- Once done, let them cool for a few minutes before serving to help the skin set.
Notes
Sweet potatoes can be served with butter and cinnamon, topped with black beans, salsa, and avocado, or mashed as a healthy alternative. They can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for about three months.
