Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 2 pieces eight-inch tortillas
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce any brand you like
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated for topping after cooking
  • 6 slices pepperoni or any preferred toppings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the pepperoni or any other toppings you desire.
  5. Dust with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  6. Place the second tortilla on top and repeat the layering process.
  7. Lightly spray the top with olive oil or use cooking spray for a crisp finish.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  2. Once done, remove from the fryer, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, slice into wedges, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a fresh salad or garlic bread on the side. A dipping sauce, such as ranch or extra pizza sauce, can enhance the flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days; reheat in the air fryer.
