Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the pepperoni or any other toppings you desire.
- Dust with Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
- Place the second tortilla on top and repeat the layering process.
- Lightly spray the top with olive oil or use cooking spray for a crisp finish.
Cooking
- Air fry for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
- Once done, remove from the fryer, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, slice into wedges, and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a fresh salad or garlic bread on the side. A dipping sauce, such as ranch or extra pizza sauce, can enhance the flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days; reheat in the air fryer.
