Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz Sausage Feel free to use turkey or chicken sausage.
  • 1 medium Bell pepper Any color will work.
  • 12 oz Green beans
  • 2 medium Zucchini
Spices and Oil
  • 2 tsp Basil
  • 2 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Powdered garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the sausage, bell pepper, green beans, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sausage and veggies.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the basil, marjoram, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt over the mixture.
  5. Toss until everything is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for about 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the sausage is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

To serve, garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Serve with crusty bread, a simple side salad, or over cooked quinoa or rice.
