  • 1 lb Salmon filet, skinless
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, kosher salt, and melted butter.
  4. Toss the salmon bites in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results. Can be frozen for up to a month.
