Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Rub the chicken with a little olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Coat the chicken generously with the ranch seasoning mix.
- Place the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once done, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in ranch dressing for an hour before seasoning. Ensure enough space between pieces in the air fryer for even cooking. For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
