Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pineapple into chunks and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and salt, and toss to combine.
- Lightly coat the pineapple chunks with olive oil or coconut oil.
Cooking
- Place the pineapple in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they are caramelized and tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These pineapple chunks can be served alone, added to yogurt, or topped on vanilla ice cream. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days in an airtight container. To enjoy later, warm them in the air fryer.
