Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium Fresh zucchini Rinse and slice into thin rounds.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Make sure to mix well with zucchini.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Can also use cooking spray.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and dry the zucchini, then slice it into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Adding Cheese
  1. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese onto the seasoned zucchini and mix to ensure each piece is covered.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
Serving
  1. Remove the zucchini from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot for the best texture.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
