Marinating the Chicken

- Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated in the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
Cooking the Chicken
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the marinated chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the tenderloins for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap the chicken tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil; it will last for about 2-3 months.
