  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1 pinch Salt

Marinating the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix together the Italian dressing, garlic powder, honey, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated in the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper flavor.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Place the marinated chicken tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook the tenderloins for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap the chicken tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil; it will last for about 2-3 months.
