  • 2 fillets Salmon fillets Fresh salmon is recommended.
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 wedge Lemon For serving
  • 1 Fresh Parsley For garnish
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 to taste Pepper
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil To brush the air fryer basket

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a bowl or dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and top with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your effortless dinner bliss!
