- Arrange the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
Cooking
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once golden and crispy, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes. For freezing, lay cooked gnocchi flat on a baking sheet and freeze before transferring to a freezer bag.
