Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
Cooking
  1. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately, with lemon wedges on the side and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For the best flavor, consider drizzling extra garlic butter over the salmon before serving. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
