  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Extra virgin olive oil recommended.
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Adjust quantity to preference.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Feel free to substitute with your favorite spices.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the tortellini, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the tortellini are evenly coated.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese and toss again to distribute evenly.
  4. Place the tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
