- In a bowl, combine garlic powder, soy sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and olive oil.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade.
Cooking
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a beautiful golden color.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, place in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes. For freezing, cool completely before placing in a freezer-safe bag.
