  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the garlic powder, soy sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Make sure each piece is completely covered.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through the cooking time.
  3. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
